Cornwall Care asked Coast to look at the overall brand strategy of the group output. It was felt that the original branding was inconsistent and ‘heavy’ in tone with a lighter, more uniform look required across all output.

The new approved styling was applied to brochures and advertising as part of the ongoing strategy.

Visual communication

Communications were an important part of Cornwall Care’s strategy for acquiring and retaining staff. A strong clear identity combined with clear messaging was the key to doing this. Over time the new feel to the communications was rolled out and uptake in interest was developed.
